DataCaffe.ai is the marketing site + admin CMS + internal employee portal of DataCaffe Technologies, a Drighna Tech company. Product documentation for Lumaara, ESGCaffe, CommandIQ, and Breww lives on those products' own sites; those have their own terms.

Don't try to break in. Don't scrape at rates that impact other users. Don't submit malicious payloads to forms. Don't upload copyrighted material you don't own. Don't use the site to send spam. We reserve the right to block IPs and terminate accounts that violate these rules.

You own what you submit. By submitting a form, you grant DataCaffe.ai a non-exclusive licence to store, display, and act on the submission for the purpose you intended (usually, replying to you). You can revoke by asking us to delete.

Our site content (marketing copy, images, layouts, code) is ours or licensed to us. You may share and quote it with attribution. You may not republish substantially the entire site elsewhere without permission. Our product marks (Lumaara, ESGCaffe, CommandIQ, Breww, DataCaffe.ai) are trademarks; don't use them to imply endorsement.

This site is provided as-is. We do our best to keep it accurate and available, but we don't promise it will always be up, error-free, or fit for any particular purpose. Read our SLA on the /trust page for the specifics of what we DO commit to.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DataCaffe Technologies is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this site. Our total liability for any claim is capped at INR 10,000 or its foreign equivalent.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are resolved in the courts of Bengaluru, India.

We can update these terms. When we do materially change them, we'll update the 'Last updated' date and, for logged-in users, show a notice on next login.
