How DataCaffe.ai handles your data.

When you visit datacaffe.ai, we log the IP address of your request, the pages you view, and standard browser metadata (user agent, referrer). We use these to keep the site fast and secure — not to build a profile on you.

When you fill out a form on the site (contact, community, newsletter), we collect the fields you filled in and store them in our own database. We do not share or sell them.

If you log into the internal portal at internal.datacaffe.ai, we know who you are, which pages you visit, and what you edit. Every write is written to an audit log alongside your account identifier.

We don't sell personal data to third parties. We don't run behavioural ad-tracking pixels. We don't use dark patterns to trick you into sharing more than you meant to. If you tell us to delete your data, we delete it.

We use two categories of cookies. Necessary cookies keep you logged in (session tokens) and remember your consent choices. You cannot opt out — the site does not work without them. Analytics cookies, if enabled by your admin, count anonymised page views. You can decline these in the cookie banner and again anytime in the footer.

Form submissions: 24 months, then anonymised. Blog post authorship: kept as long as the post is live. Internal audit logs: 24 months rolling. Uploaded documents: kept until an admin deletes them. Session tokens: 7 days per login.

If you are in the EU/UK, you have GDPR rights: access, correction, erasure, portability, and objection. If you are in India, the DPDP Act 2023 gives you comparable rights. Reach out to privacy@datacaffe.ai and we will respond within one business day; formal responses within 30 days.

We use a small number of infrastructure vendors to run the site — cloud hosting, email delivery, error monitoring, and CDN. The current sub-processor list is published on the /trust page and updated whenever we change vendors. If you are on an enterprise plan, you get 30 days notice of any material change.

DataCaffe.ai is operated by DataCaffe Technologies (a Drighna Tech company) headquartered in Bengaluru, India. When you use the site from outside India, your data is processed in India. For EU/UK visitors we rely on the EU Standard Contractual Clauses; the DPA is available on request.
